5/28/13 50 minute walk/run with Sean on his bike. Mostly a walk, I ran around 3/4 mile at the beginning then lost my steam on a big hill and never re-steamed. I did sprint a very short one at the end.

6/1/13 50 min Run/Walk (Week 4 Day 1 of Runmeter 5k program)… had to walk a little during the 5 minute intervals but it was REALLY hot and humid
